About the Project

The client required a versatile and safe 12-metre mobile scissor platform mounted on a Scania truck. The solution needed to deliver advanced hydraulic and electronic integration, precise load handling, and user-friendly safety features for reliable performance in demanding conditions.

Solution

We supplied and integrated the complete hardware and software system for the platform, including:

  • Hydraulic load-sensing piston pump

  • Proportional control valves and ancillary safety components (safety valves, backup pumps)

  • A complete electrical and electronic system with multiple HMI display screens

  • Full integration into the Scania J1939 control system, including safety and engine control functions

  • Automatic self-levelling stabilizer legs, activated at the push of a button

  • Integration of load measuring, load shifting, and load balancing functions

This turnkey solution delivered a fully automated, safe, and efficient scissor platform system, combining hydraulic strength with advanced electronic control.
